* Phạm vi nghiên cứu: Về không gian, đề tài giới hạn nghiên cứu về cơ chế quản lý tài chính tại Tập đoàn Dệt - May Việt Nam. Về thời gian nghiên cứu: Các tài liệu, số liệu phục vụ nghiên cứu được thu thập khoảng thời gian từ 2008 đến 2013.
