Phạm vi công việc của tư vấn thẩm tra thực hiện theo quy định về nội dung thẩm định về thiết kế cơ sở quy định tại Khoản 5 Điều 10 Nghị định 59/2015/NĐ-CP và Khoản 2 Điều 58 Luật Xây dựng.
Báo cáo thẩm tra của tư vấn thẩm tra phải được hoàn thành và gửi cho Tổng cục Năng lượng.
Trên đây là ý kiến của Tổng cục Năng lượng về Dự án điện gió Hàn Quốc -Trà Vinh giai đoạn 1, đề nghị Sở Công Thương tỉnh Trà Vinh và Công ty TNHH MTV điện gió Trà Vinh 1 thực hiện./.
