Bên bán phải hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm về mọi thiệt hại phát sinh do việc khiếu nại của bên thứ ba về việc vi phạm bản quyền sở hữu trí tuệ liên quan tới hàng hóa mà Bên bán đã cung cấp cho Bên mua.

Seller is solely responsible for any damage incurred by the third party complaint regarding copyright infringement of intellectual property relating to the goods which the seller has provided the buyer.

The seller must bear full responsibility for any losses arising from third-party claims of infringement of intellectual property rights relating to the goods which the seller has provided the buyer.
