Chúng ta phải tìm được phản hồi của khách hàng, nhân viên để biết được nhược điểm của mình là gì. Chúng ta phải theo dõi thị trường, luôn luôn lắng nghe khách hàng để biết được nhược điểm từ đâu. Từ sự không hài lòng của khách hàng, chúng ta khắc phục được điều đó chúng ta sẽ thành công.
