Có thể nói INDE còn rất lơ là và chưa đầu tư cho hoạt động Marketing một cách nghiêm túc, thậm chí phòng Marketing cũng không có. Đây là một bất cập lớn, vì vậy Quà Tặng Quà cần phải có những biện pháp tích cực để cải thiện vấn đề này, hướng đến mục tiêu trở thành một trong những công ty quà tặng hàng đầu ở Việt Nam.
