- Khi có nhiệm vụ ra vào các khu vực phòng Lên men và Sấy, bắt buộc phải tuân thủ các quy định về vệ sinh, thay đổi trang phục bảo hộ.
- Hạn chế đi lại giữa các khu vực làm việc khác nhau để tránh nhiễm chéo.
