Năm 1999, Vinamilk đã áp dụng thành công hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn ISO 9002 và hiện tại đang áp dụng hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn 9001-2000
- Năm 2000 đến 2012, đầu tư mạnh vào công nghệ thông tin và hiện đang ứng dụng thành công phần mềm quản trị doanh nghiệp tổng thể ERP Oracle 11i, phần mềm Sap CRM( hệ quản trị quan hệ khách hàng) và BI ( hệ thống thông tin báo cáo)
- Tháng 1/2007, Vinamilk đã đưa vào hoạt động hệ thống Oracle EBS 11i, hệ thống này đã kết nối 13 địa điểm, gồm các trụ sở, nhà máy,kho hàng của Vinamilk trên toàn quốc.
- Đến hiên nay, công ty đang áp dụng hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn IFFC 22000, ISO 14001, HALAL, BRC.
