Tuy nhiên, trong quá trình hoạt động một số Văn phòng giao dịch chưa áp dụng đúng quy định nêu trên, cụ thể: số dư quỹ tiền mặt của Thành Phố Hà Tĩnh, Vũ Quang có số dư vượt quá quy định.
Theo quy định, số dư tài khoản tiền gửi tại tài khoản ngân hàng không được vượt quá 2% số dư nợ trong hạn. Tuy nhiên, văn phòng giao dịch Hương Sơn, Vũ Quang có số dư vượt quá quy định.
