5.1.Bên B có trách nhiệm thực hiện bảo hành công trình sau khi bàn giao cho Chủ Đầu tư. Nội dung bảo hành công trình bao gồm khắc phục, sửa chữa, thay thế thiết bị hư hỏng hoặc khi công trình vận hành, sử dụng không bình thường do lỗi của nhà thầu gây ra.

5.1. Party B is responsible for performing maintenance works after the handover to the owner. Content maintenance works include fix, repair and replace equipment damaged or when operational work, using unusual cause contractor's fault.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

5.1.Ben B shall perform warranty work after the handover to the Investor. Contents include project warranty remediation, repair and replacement of equipment damaged or when the operation and use of unusual fault of the contractors.
