- Mọi sửa đổi, bổ sung Hợp đồng này phải được lập thành Phụ lục hợp đồng. Phụ lục hợp đồng được đính kèm và có giá trị như Hợp đồng này.
- Hợp đồng có hiệu lực kể từ thời điểm ký kết và chấm dứt sau khi các bên tiến hành thanh lý Hợp đồng theo quy định tại Điều 07.
