Với mục tiêu cung cấp cho khách hàng những sản phẩm tốt nhất, đạt chất lượng cao nhất, thỏa mãn tối đa yêu cầu của khách hàng, các quá trình tạo ra sản phẩm đều được Công ty kiểm soát chặt chẽ.
Đối với mọi sản phẩm, các hoạt động kiểm soát được thực hiện từ việc xem xét yêu cầu của khách hàng; thiết lập kế hoạch, mục tiêu; tiến hành mua hàng,…cho đến công tác bàn giao thanh lý hợp đồng và bảo hành sản phẩm.
Tất cả các sản phẩm hoàn thành tại xưởng đều được Công ty nghiệm thu nội bộ, khi đạt yêu cầu mới cho phép bàn giao sản phẩm.
Với các sản phẩm không phù hợp trong quá trình sản xuất như: vật tư, vật liệu; các sản phẩm, bán thành phẩm không đạt yêu cầu kỹ thuật, không đúng chủng loại đều được phát hiện và báo cáo kịp thời với những người chịu trách nhiệm để có biện pháp xử lý và khắc phục.
Trong quá trình sản xuất và sau khi sản xuất hoàn thành, Công ty phát phiếu “nhận xét của khách hàng” để thu thập những đánh giá của các chủ đầu tư về chất lượng cũng như tiến độ sản xuất nhằm rút kinh nghiệm, tiến tới nâng cao hơn nữa sự hài lòng của khách hàng.
Hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn ISO được Công ty tổ chức đánh giá hàng năm nhằm xem xét, kiểm tra quá trình thực hiện của hệ thống so với các yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn; kiểm tra việc thấu hiểu các quy trình chất lượng của các đơn vị trong Công ty; xem xét tính hiệu lực của hệ thống để tạo cơ hội cải tiến hệ thống chất lượng nhằm mục đích cuối cùng là nâng cao hơn nữa chất lượng các công trình.
Định kỳ 6 tháng, Công ty tiến hành thu thập tài liệu, xem xét các điểm không phù hợp của hệ thống so với các yêu cầu của tiêu chuẩn. Sau một năm, Công ty sẽ tiến hành thành lập Đoàn đánh giá, kiểm tra ISO để đánh giá toàn bộ hệ thống quản lý chất lượng của Công ty. Khi hệ thống được kiểm soát về chất lượng sẽ tạo điều kiện cho việc kiểm soát về sản phẩm.
Ngoài các cuộc đánh giá định kỳ, Công ty còn tiến hành đánh giá đột xuất theo Quyết định của Giám đốc.
