Việt Nam là nước nhận tài trợ của Pháp nhiều nhất

Ông Rémi Genevey, Giám đốc Cơ quan Phát triển Pháp (AFD) tại Việt Nam cho biết Việt Nam được ghi nhận là quốc gia nhận nhiều khoản tài trợ “kỷ lục” nhất từ Pháp.
Tại buổi họp báo diễn ra ngày 11-6, ông Genevey cho biết các dự án do AFD tài trợ đã được giải ngân số tiền kỷ lục là 111 triệu euro năm 2014.
Trong số đó, đáng kể nhất là dự án tuyến đường sắt đô thị thí điểm số 3 Hà Nội với 69 triệu euro. Số tiền này hỗ trợ cho Thành phố Hà Nội phát triển tuyến đường sắt dài 12,5 km từ phía Tây Hà Nội vào đến ga trung tâm, dự kiến sẽ đi vào vận hành năm 2016.
Chương trình hỗ trợ biến đổi khí hậu (SP-RCC 5) cũng được cam kết số tiền 20 triệu euro. Chương trình này nhằm đưa cuộc chiến chống biến đổi khí hậu vào các chính sách để phát triển quốc gia, nhất là trong các ngành năng lượng, nông nghiệp và quản lý nước.
Ông cho biết thêm, lần đầu tiên Liên minh Châu Âu đã giao cho AFD quản lý một khoản viện trợ không hoàn lại trị giá 6 triệu euro, dành cho HFIC - Công ty Đầu tư Tài chính Nhà nước TPHCM.
