My bad habits is that I often go to bed late. One of the causes leading to that is I don't arrange reasonable work. Currently, I am also trying to improve this bad, because going to bed late, made me very hard to wake up in the morning, while I often have classes at 7 am. To improve this bad habit, I think I will sort of work. More sleeping late is also not good for the health.
