Giá trị kiểm toán quyết toán trước thuế của báo cáo kiểm toán này bao gồm (Chi phí xây lắp và thiết bị: 149.563.583.720 đồng; Chi phí QLDA: 3.907.195.497 đồng; Chi phí giám sát ĐGĐT: 590.909.091đồng; Chi phí tư vấn ĐTXD: 5.516.476.363 đồng; Chi phí khác: 658.990.000đồng; Chi phí khác liên quan dự án: 13.232.009.775 đồng; Chi phí gói nội thất nâng cấp: 4.199.582.440 đồng) được chủ đầu tư đề nghị kiểm toán quyết toán. Các khoản mục chi phí có thực hiện mà không nêu trong Bảng quyết toán dự án xây lắp hoàn thành không thuộc phạm vi của báo cáo này.
Việc kiểm toán của chúng tôi được thực hiện trên cơ sở áp dụng các văn bản do Nhà nước ban hành ở mục I nêu trên (phần Quy trình kiểm toán). Do đó chúng tôi loại trừ trách nhiệm về sự khác biệt giá trị quyết toán (nếu có) khi xác định giá trị quyết toán theo những cơ sở khác với những cơ sở nêu trên.

The cost items have done without stated in the table of settlement construction project completed not in the scope of this report.Our audit work is done on the basis of application of the text issued by the State in the section I mentioned above (the audit process). So we exclude responsibility for settlement value difference (if any) when determining the value of the settlement facility other than the facility mentioned above.

The expense items have done without the settlement outlined in Table completed construction projects not covered by this report.
Our audit is performed on the basis of the written application by the State enacted in section I above (section audit process). Therefore, we exclude responsibility for different settlement value (if any) when determining the value of the settlement at another facility with the basis of the above.
