Đề tài “Thiết kế bàn Oval–T15 theo

Đề tài “Thiết kế bàn Oval–T15 theo phong cách Châu Âu” được tiến hành tại Công ty TNHH Scansia Pacific chi nhánh Nhơn Trạch, Đồng Nai. Thời gian thực hiện đề tài từ ngày 15/2/2014 đến ngày 15/6/2014.
Điểm đặc biệt của sản phẩm chính là nguồn nguyên liệu từ gỗ tràm và sản phẩm có thể tháo lắp dễ dàng. Bên cạnh đó, sản phẩm cũng sử dụng các liên kết đơn giản, đảm bảo độ bền vững và tiện lợi cho việc tháo lắp.
Bàn Oval-T15 có kích thước tổng thể 450 (cao) × 600 (rộng) × 1000 (dài) (mm). Sản phẩm thuộc loại tháo rời, có thể tháo rời để đóng gói hoặc khi không dùng đến. Quy trình gia công sản phẩm đơn giản, phù hợp với trình độ tay nghề của công nhân và tình trạng máy móc hiện có tại Công Ty.
Giá thành xuất xưởng của sản phẩm bàn Oval-T15 là 292,536.64 đồng, đây là mức giá hợp lý và phù hợp với thị trường tiêu thụ trong và ngoài nước ( sản phẩm chưa bao gồm VAT).
Trong quá trình thực hiện đề tài, tôi đã làm theo đúng trình tự tính toán các khâu công nghệ, tính toán độ bền cho sản phẩm. Để đưa ra mẫu thiết kế trên, tôi đã có quá trình khảo sát, tham khảo mẫu mã thị trường, cho thấy mẫu thiết kế này rất khả thi và thiết thực.
