Máy tính của tôi hiệu HP trước kia chạy Windows 8 bình thường gần đây xuất hiện hiện tượng khởi động động chỉ lên được màn hình windows 8 ban đầu rồi không thấy lên gì nữa máy vẫn nhận chuột, vẫn có hình con trỏ chuột trên màn hình. Nhưng mình khởi động lại thì không thể vào được safemode cũng không thể nào sử dụng tổ hợp phím Ctrl + Alt + Del được, màn hình vẫn đen. Vậy HNCOM cho tôi hỏi màn hình laptop bị làm sao và cách khắc phục như thế nào?
