ĐIỀU 8: GIẢI QUYẾT TRANH CHẤP
8.1. Trong trường hợp phát sinh tranh chấp, hai bên sẽ cố gắng giải quyết mọi tranh chấp phát sinh qua phương thức thương lượng.
8.2. Trong trường hợp tranh chấp phát sinh không giải quyết được bằng thương lượng, hai bên thỏa thuận đưa tranh chấp ra xét xử tại tòa án theo qui định của pháp luật hiện hành. Bên thua kiện chịu toàn bộ chi phí cho cả hai bên liên quan đến việc giải quyết tranh chấp.

Article 8: DISPUTE RESOLUTION8.1. In case a dispute arises, the two sides will try to resolve all disputes through negotiation method.8.2. In case of disputes not resolved by negotiation, the two sides agreed to put the dispute to trial in court as required by the current law. The party lost to bear the entire costs for both parties involved to resolve the dispute.
