2001: A Space Odyssey is a science fiction movie epic in 1968 by Stanley Kubrick produced and directed. Screenplay by Kubrick and Arthur C. Clarke wrote, partly inspired by the short story "The Sentinel" of Clarke. Clarke then simultaneously write the novel 2001: A Space Odyssey, this book was published shortly after the film was released.
