Nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu của CPMU/CPO trong việc hỗ trợ thực hiện dự án ADB5 và để thống nhất trong quản lý và tạo điều kiện cho tư vấn hoàn thành nhiệm vụ, tôi đề nghị các tư vấn tham gia dự án báo cáo về văn phòng dự án các thông tin sau:

1) Lịch công tác và hoạt động cụ thể theo yêu cầu huy động đã được chấp thuận.
2) Báo cáo thường xuyên theo tháng về văn phòng dự án về công việc đã triển khai thực hiện cùng các vấn đề tồn tại, kiến nghị, đề xuất. (b/c ngắn hoặc trực tiếp)
3) Báo cáo kết quả đầu ra theo đợt huy động (đối với các tư vấn chưa nộp sản phẩm). Nếu đã nộp sản phẩm cần có chứng cứ gửi/tiếp nhận của CPMO/CPO.
4) Lập dự thảo đề xuất huy động đối với các chuyên gia tư vấn sẽ huy động khi có nhu cầu như chuyên gia MIS, GIS, NCDS, PIM…
