- Căn cứ Nghị định 44/2016/NĐ-CP ngày 15/05/2016 qui định chi tiết một số điều của Luật An toàn vệ sinh lao động về huấn luyện an toàn vệ sinh lao động, kiểm định kỹ thuật an toàn và quan trắc môi trường lao động;
- Căn cứ quyết định số 447/MT-LĐ ngày 11/05/2016 của Cục Trưởng Cục Quản Lý Môi Trường Y Tế- Bộ Y Tế chỉ định Công ty CP Kiểm Định và Huấn Luyện An Toàn Vệ Sinh Lao Động Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh thực hiện nhiệm vụ đo kiểm tra môi trường lao động trong doanh nghiệp;
- Căn cứ theo yêu cầu của Công ty; Trung tâm chúng tôi xin thông báo chi phí cho việc quan trắc môi trường lao động trong doanh nghiệp năm 2016 như sau:
I.NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC:
1. Thực hiện việc đo đạc kiểm tra, đánh giá môi trường lao động với các yếu tố có hại trong doanh nghiệp và lập báo cáo quan trắc môi trường theo quy định của NĐ 44/2016/NĐ-CP.
2. Kiến nghị với cơ sở các biện pháp để cải thiện điều kiện lao động (nếu vượt quá tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh lao động) để đảm bảo sức khỏe cho người lao động.
(Không bao gồm báo cáo giám sát môi trường)
II. CHI PHÍ:
Chi phí cho việc thực hiện: 5.000.000 đồng.
(Năm triệu đồng chẵn. Chưa bao gồm 10% thuế VAT).
III. THỜI GIAN, ĐỊA ĐIỂM:
 Thời gian: Do hai bên sắp, thống nhất.
 Địa điểm: Tại KCN Tân Bình, Tp.Hồ Chí Minh.
