Flexcon không thể tiến hành trả lương cho Bà theo thỏa thuận trong Hợp đồng làm động.
Hơn nữa, qua các trao đổi của Bà với nhân viên Công ty, Flexcon hiểu rằng Bà không còn mong muốn tiếp tục làm việc tại Công ty, vì vậy, đề nghị Bà nhanh chóng liên hệ với Công ty để sớm giải quyến vấn đề theo đúng Hợp đồng lao động, chế độ của Công ty cũng như theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.
