HỒ SƠ XIN VISA ANH THĂM THÂN NHÂN
( Người thân trong gia đình, họ hàng hoặc bạn )
1. Hộ chiếu (bản gốc còn hạn 6 tháng, có chữ ký, nộp kèm các hộ chiếu trước đây).
2. 02 hình 4 x 6 (nền trắng, không quá 6 tháng)
3. CMND (bản sao công chứng)
4. Sổ hộ khẩu (bản sao tất cả các trang),
5. Giấy đăng kí kết hôn/ly hôn (bản sao)
6. Chứng minh tài chính bằng các tài sản như giấy tờ nhà đất (bản sao), sổ tiết kiệm,….
7. Chứng minh việc làm hoặc việc học:
- Nếu người xin visa là chủ doanh nghiệp cần cung cấp: Đăng kí kinh doanh, tờ khai thuế 3 tháng gần nhất;
- Nếu người xin visa là nhân viên cần cung cấp: Hợp đồng lao động, bảng lương 3 tháng gần nhất, đơn xin phép nghỉ đi du lịch.
- Nếu người xin visa là sinh viên cần cung cấp: thẻ sinh viên, xác nhận đang là sinh viên của trường.
- Nếu người xin visa đã nghỉ hưu: Thẻ hưu trí, sổ lương hưu.
8. Thủ tục người bảo lãnh phía bên Anh cần cung cấp:
- Thư mời gốc và scan hộ chiếu của người bảo lãnh;
- Xác nhận công việc của người bảo lãnh ( Hợp đồng lao động hoặc đăng ký kinh doanh)
- Chứng minh tài chính của người bảo lãnh: Sao kê tài khoản ngân hàng trong 03-06 tháng gần nhất;
- Chứng minh mối quan hệ: Giấy khai sinh, email thư từ, hình ảnh chụp chung,…

4. Household registration book (copies all pages),
5. Registered marriage certificate / divorce (copy)
6. Proof of Funds with assets such as real estate documents (copies), savings, ....
7. Prove employment or studies:
- If the applicant is to provide business owners: business registration, tax returns last 3 months;
- If the applicant is to provide staff: The labor contract payrolls last 3 months, application for leave to travel.
- If the applicant is to provide students: student ID, confirmation was a student of the school.
- If the applicant has retired: pension card, pension book.
8. Procedures sponsor British side should provide:
- Invitation to scan the original and the sponsor's passport;
- Confirmation sponsor's job (labor contract or business registration)
- Proof of Funds of the guarantor: the bank account statement in the nearest 03-06 months;
- Demonstrate the relationship: birth certificates, email correspondence, photographs pose, ...
