Phải có trách nhiệm liên đới đến hết thời gian bảo hành công trình, trong suốt thời gian đưa công trình vào sử dụng nếu xảy ra bất kỳ sự cố nào về chất lượng của công trình thì Bên B phải có mặt để phối hợp giải quyết sự cố cùng với các bên liên quan

Vicarious responsibility must have the remainder of the warranty period, during the time of bringing the work into use if any trouble occurs on the quality of the work, the Side B must be present to resolve the issue with the parties concerned

Must have joint responsibility to end the period of warranty work, during work is put into use if there is any problem about the quality of work, Party B must be present to coordinate settlement trouble with stakeholders
