Trường hợp,tổ chức, cá nhân bán lẻ

Trường hợp,tổ chức, cá nhân bán lẻ thuộc đối tượng phải đăng ký giá theo quy định tại Nghị định số 177/2013/NĐ-CP của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết và hướng dẫn thi hành một số điều của Luật giá và hướng dẫn của cơ quan có thẩm quyền quản lý giá, để xác định giá tối đa trong khâu bán lẻ gửi cơ quan có thẩm quyền quản lý giá.

The case, organizations, individuals subject to retail price must be registered under the provisions of Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of some articles of the law and instructions of the competent authority to manage the price, in order to determine the maximum price for the retail stage to send the competent authority to manage reviews.
