Riêng đối với Rumani, Phòng Thương mại ký kết thoả thuận song phương, cam kết cùng phối hợp hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp, tổ chức nhiều hoạt động thiết thực như các Diễn đàn Doanh nghiệp, đối thoại về môi trường và chính sách đầu tư, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm trong các lĩnh vực mũi nhọn của VN và Rumani.
