Việc thực hiện chương trình du lịch

Việc thực hiện chương trình du lịch được tổ chức rất thành công, khách hàng cảm thấy thoải mái sau chuyến đi du lịch. Do Bộ máy tổ chức công ty khá đơn giản ( 1 giám đốc, 1 điều hành, 3 – 4 nhân viên kinh doanh) và lực lượng hậu cần năng động, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.

Sự thiếu hụt về nhân sự ảnh hưởng khá nhiều đến việc thực hiện các chương trình du lịch lớn từ khâu tổ chức đến thực hiện chương trình. Một số nhân viên điều hành chưa có kinh nghiệm về tuyến điểm, khảo sát thị trường, hiểu biết về văn hóa và cuộc sống con người ở Việt Nam.

Due to the fairly simple company organization (1 Director, 1, 3-4 business staff) and dynamic logistics forces, high sense of responsibility in the work.The shortage of personnel affected pretty much to the realization of the large travel programs from organizations to implement the program. Some executives have not experienced about destinations, market survey, understanding the cultural and human life in Vietnam.

The lack of personnel pretty much affect the performance of large travel programs from the stage of the organization to implement the program. Some of the staff had no experience operating on destinations, survey the market, understanding of culture and human life in Vietnam.
