Là người đứng đầu và điều hành siêu thị, trách nhiệm luôn đè nặng trên vai tôi. Tôi luôn hướng tới một môi trường làm việc thân thiện và hòa đồng giữa cấp trên và nhân viên, nhưng cũng không kém phần cạnh tranh để nhân viên phát huy tối đa năng lực của họ. Có như vậy việc kinh doanh của tôi mới đạt hiệu quả và từ đó, tôi mới đạt được những mục tiêu mà tôi đã đề ra trước đây. Nếu cứ cách 2 năm lợi nhuận lại tăng thêm 10%, không sớm thì muộn, siêu thị của tôi sẽ trở nên lớn mạnh và có thêm nhiều chi nhánh ở các nước khác
