304, TinTa đã thi công đúng theo thỏa thuận trong hợp đồng. Tất cả sau khi hoàn thiện công trình

đều có biên bản nghiệm thu và được ký xác nhận bởi Bay Hotel.

Sau khi đã có bản nghiệm thu hoàn thiện, Bay Hotel tiếp tục phát sinh thêm các hạng mục bảo hành

cụ thể như sau:
