Theo mục 1. nêu trên, nếu nhận thấy khách bỏ trốn không phải do lỗi của công ty du lịch thì sẽ bị trừ 1 điểm cho mỗi khách bỏ trốn, nếu lỗi do công ty du lịch thì trừ 2 điểm cho mỗi khách bỏ trốn, còn nếu công ty du lịch báo cáo không đúng sự thật thì trừ 3 điểm cho mỗi khách bỏ trốn.
