Trường hợp tại phần giải trình lý do điều chỉnh giá, tổ chức, cá nhân đưa ra các lý do không phù hợp, không liên quan đến việc tăng hoặc giảm giá hàng hóa, dịch vụ thì tối đa không quá 04 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày tiếp nhận Biểu mẫu, các phòng, ban nghiệp vụ báo cáo cấp có thẩm quyền thông báo bằng văn bản qua đường công văn, fax, thư điện tử yêu cầu tổ chức, cá nhân không được áp dụng mức giá đăng ký. Tổ chức, cá nhân có trách nhiệm thực hiện yêu cầu này hoặc phải thực hiện lại nghĩa vụ đăng ký giá theo đúng quy định;
