Tuy nhiên, theo giải trình của khách hàng, việc mất cân đối tài chính nêu trên là do công ty hạch toán tài khoản: có những tài khoản về bản chất là tài sản dài hạn, nguồn vốn dài hạn nhưng được hạch toán ở tài sản/nguồn vốn ngắn hạn.
