Qua thời gian thực tập tại công ty AGREX SÀI GÒN em đã có cơ hội biết nhiều hơn về chuyên ngành chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu. Em đã từng xem qua các tài liệu về chứng từ nhưng chưa có cơ hội trải nghiệm thực tế. Sau hơn 1 tháng thực tập tại công ty ,em đã có dịp so sánh giữa lý thuyết và thực tế hoạt động. Mặc dù giữa lý thuyết và thực tế còn nhiều điểm khác biệt , song đối với một sinh viên khoa NGÔN NGỮ ANH chuyên về thương mại , được thực tập trong phòng chứng từ của công ty sản phẩm xuất nhập khẩu như AGREX SÀI GÒN là yếu tố thuận lợi cho việc hoàn thiện kiến thức chuyên môn. Bài báo cáo này là một cố gắng của em nhằm hệ thống những vấn đề căn bản về nghiệp vụ chứng từ , tuy nhiên trong phạm vi nghiên cứu có giới hạn nên cũng chưa phản ánh hết được nghiệp vụ phức tạp của chứng từ hàng xuất khẩu vừa quy tắc là vừa uyển chuyển
Với đề tài nghiên cứu : “Nghiệp vụ chứng từ xuất khẩu thực phẩm bằng container đường biển tại Công ty cổ phần xuất nhập khẩu AGREX SÀI GÒN ” hy vọng một phần nào giúp công ty xem xét lại quy trình làm chứng từ cũng như nâng cao hiệu qua hoạt động kinh doanh. Bên cạnh đó, hướng tới đào tạo một lực lượng nhân viên nhiệt huyết với công việc và kiến thức nghiệp vụ vững vàng để thực hiện dễ dàng các chiến lược đã đề ra
