Thu thập các mẫu cá và thực nghiệm phân tích kích hoạt neutron đối với từng mẫu.
Xử lý số liệu thực nghiệm, đánh giá hàm lượng hai nhóm nguyên tố dinh dưỡng và độc hại trong các mẫu cá phổ biến, từ đó tính toán ảnh hưởng của các nhóm nguyên tố này đến cơ thể con người, so sánh với tiêu chuẩn IOM và WHO.
Mẫu vật nghiên cứu:
Cá là động vật có xương sống, hô hấp bằng mang, sinh trưởng ở môi trường nước. Mỗi loài cá có đặc điểm về hình dáng khác nhau và cấu tạo khác nhau để thích nghi với từng môi trường sống khác nhau: nước ngọt, nước mặn, nược lợ. Ở Việt Nam có khoảng 1027 loài cá nước ngọt và hơn 2000 loài cá nước mặn. Qua sàng lọc và nghiên cứu, có 14 loài cá phù hợp với nghiên cứu bao gồm 7 loài cá nước mặn và 7 loài cá nước ngọt.
