Tổ chức, cá nhân bán lẻ thuộc đối tượng phải đăng ký giá theo quy định tại Nghị định số 177/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 14/11/2013 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết và hướng dẫn thi hành một số điều của Luật giá, căn cứ quy định về giá bán lẻ và hướng dẫn của cơ quan có thẩm quyền quản lý giá, để xác định giá tối đa trong khâu bán lẻ gửi cơ quan có thẩm quyền quản lý giá.

Organizations and individuals subject to retail price must be registered under the provisions of Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP dated 14/11/2013 from the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of some articles of the law reviews, pursuant to the rules of the retail price and the instructions of the competent authority to manage reviews, to specify the maximum retail price of the sending competent authority to manage reviews.
