Giải pháp về phòng trừ sâu bệnh : cần nghiên cứu ra những loại thuốc để phòng trừ sâu bệnh để nâng cao năng suất và chất lượng gạo. tránh dùng thuốc trừ sâu hay thuốc diệt cỏ quá nhiều gây ô nhiễm môi trường đồng thời ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng gạo.
Cải tiến cơ cấu mùa vụ để tránh những điều kiện tự nhiên bất lợi cho sản xuất.
Xây dựng mới cơ sở chế biến lúa gạo đồng thời nâng cấp, hiện đại hóa các cơ sở đã có để tăng năng lực chế biến và tăng chất lương gạo
Tăng cường ứng dụng công nghệ hỗ trợ trong sản xuất, chế biến, bảo quản và đóng gói sản phẩm gạo, nâng cao khả năng cạnh tranh, chất lượng và nguồn gốc sản phẩm
