Tôi nghĩ nếu đã là thanh niên tiên tiến thì không phân biệt nhiều tuổi hay ít tuổi, nam hay nữ, cũng không phân biệt cấp bậc hay chức vụ, cương vị công tác,..vâng vâng. Dù ở cương vị nào, làm công việc gì thì tất cả đều phải theo một tiêu chí chung, có một mẫu số chung. Theo tôi nghĩ chỉ 4 chữ : " Tiên phong và gương mẫu". Tiên phong có nghĩa là người đi trước và gương mẫu tức là làm gương cho người khác noi theo. Có phải không? Tiên phong cả về tư tưởng, sự hiểu biết và hành động thực tế ở những nơi khó khăn nhất, gian khổ nhất, hy sinh nhiều nhất thì cần có thanh niên. trong công việc, trong đời sống thường ngày từ phẩm chất đạo đức, lối sống, tác phong, cư xử đều phải gương mẫu
