Thỏa Thuận Ghi Nhớ này sẽ không thay thế cho bất kỳ Hợp Đồng nào có thể được ký bởi các Bên trước hoặc sau ngày ký thỏa thuận này và sẽ không đặt ra bất kỳ nghĩa vụ tài chính nào của Bên B đối với Bên A khác với mục tiêu đã nêu tại Thỏa Thuận Ghi Nhớ này
