- Năm 2015, Công ty đã tiến hành áp dụng thực hiện chương trình Kaizen/5S cho tất cả các bộ phận quản lý cũng như các nhà máy sản xuất, tối ưu hóa các quy trình, công việc, đảm bảo duy trì công tác sản xuất, đạt được hiệu quả cao nhất.

- Tất cả các bộ phận trong Công ty đều duy trì việc áp dụng hệ thống quản lý chất lượng ISO vào công tác quản lý, tuân thủ các quy trình, quy định, thực hiện và kiểm soát đầy đủ các mục tiêu chất lượng của từng bộ phận, đảm bảo chuẩn mực chất lượng trong toàn Công ty.

- Đảm bảo kiểm soát đầy đủ việc thực hiện các quá trình của hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, tăng cường công tác quản lý, hạn chế tối đa việc xảy ra các sự cố.

- Thực hiện kịp thời những thay đổi, cải tiến trong quá trình áp dụng, sửa đổi và ban hành sổ tay chất lượng theo cơ cấu của Công ty.

-2015, the company undertook to apply the Kaizen, 5S program for all of the Administration as well as the production, optimization of processes, work, make sure to maintain the work production, achieve the highest efficiency.-All the parts of the company are to maintain the application of ISO quality management system in the management, in compliance with the rules, procedures, implementation and full control of the quality objectives of each Department, ensure quality standards throughout the company. -Ensure full control of the implementation of the processes of the quality management system, strengthening the management, minimize the occurrence of incidents. -Timely implementation of changes, improvements in the process of adopting, revising and issuing quality manual according to the structure of the company.
