Đầu thư tôi xin kính chúc Ông cùng gia đình sức khỏe , thành công và hạnh phúc trong cuộc sống.
Kính xin Ông nhín chút thời gian quý báu để xem lời tường trình này của tôi.
Tôi tên : Biện Thị Thanh Trang, mã số 60007532 hiện là BM H99 của Công ty Bảo Hiểm Nhân Thọ Prudential. Nay tôi xin kính trình lên Ông Wilfred John Blackburn sự việc như sau:
Đại lý của tôi là chị Hồ Kim Tuyến mã số 60084222 bị rớt nhóm và đã nộp đơn xin chuyển nhóm con của mình qua nhóm trực tiếp của tôi (có đơn xin chuyển của từng đại lý dưới sự hướng dẫn của AD Lê Hữu Hiệp). Toàn bộ đơn xin chuyển này đã được nộp vào ngày 16/ 12/2014.
Tôi đã điện thoại cho anh Hiệp 3 lần và anh hứa sẽ ký chuyển. Chờ hơn 1 tháng không thấy giải quyết tôi liền bay ra Phú Quốc và họp đại lý của mình. Tất cả đều đồng thuận ký tên kèm theo số điện thoại đính kèm trong đơn.
Sáng 29/1/2015 tôi có đến làm việc với anh Hiệp thì anh nói là đơn xin chuyển này sai và photo gửi cho tôi 10 bộ mẫu khác. (xin được nói rõ thêm là mẫu xin chuyển trước đó anh Hiệp hướng dẫn và đưa là mẫu đúng. Mẫu anh Hiệp đưa sau là không đúng yêu cầu nên đại lý tôi không chịu ký vì đại lý của tôi xin chuyển nhóm chứ không phải chuyển hoạt động về văn phòng khác ).
Chiều 29/1/2015 tôi có đến làm việc với anh Hiệp ( AD) và anh Lê Phong Phúc ( Giám Đốc Phát triển KD vùng). Hai anh đã xem và chiều 31/1/2015 anh Phúc xác nhận với tôi là đã ký và scan chuyển về Công ty rồi.
Ngày 12/2/2015 tôi có liên lạc với chị Thái Thị Nhung ( Quản lý đại lý) thì được chị trả lời là không có nhận đơn xin chuyển nhóm nào hết.
Ngày 13/2/2015 tôi có nhờ đại lý của mình đến GA Phú Quốc gặp anh Hiệp để xin nhận lại.
Ngày 27/2/2015 tôi có làm việc trực tiếp với anh Phan Trung Dũng( Giám Đốc Phát triển KD miền) tôi hỏi lý do gì mà cho đến hôm nay đơn xin chuyển của đại lý tôi vẫn chưa được giải quyết , có phải anh cho rằng do xa xôi nên tôi không quản lý được .Và anh khẳng định với tôi là không .Anh nói muốn chuyển đại lý về trong nhóm địa phương và bốc thăm cho công bằng thôi.
Anh bảo tôi nói với chị Tuyến chuyển tạm thời các đại lý của mình về nhóm khác khi nào khôi phục lại Trưởng nhóm thì công ty chuyển về lại cho chị. Đây không phải là cách quyết định theo chính sách và tất nhiên là không một đại lý nào đồng ý cả.
Khi làm việc với tôi xong anh Dũng có chỉ đạo cho anh Hiệp mời đại lý của tôi đến để ký chuyển qua nhóm của chị Nhung (GAD) nhưng tất cả đại lý không ai chịu ký hết.
Tôi có hai lần gửi mail trình bày chi tiết và kèm 6 đơn xin chuyển nhóm có đầy đủ chữ ký từng đại lý theo mẫu công ty và danh sách đính kèm có chữ ký và số điện thoại đồng thuận xin chuyển của đại lý gửi trực tiếp cho anh Luân – Giám Đốc Kinh Doanh kênh Đại lý
Sáng ngày 1/4/2015 tôi cùng anh Luân và anh Dũng tiếp tục làm việc vấn đề này nhưng vẫn chưa được giải quyết theo yêu cầu.
Sau khi họp xong anh Dũng có chỉ đạo cho anh Hiệp là mời đại lý tôi tới họp.Tại đây anh Hiệp nói là anh Luân và anh Dũng đang ngồi chờ trên Thành phố nên mấy chị phải ký vô đơn liền để Ban Giám đốc ra quyết định. Đại lý của tôi nói là đang đi chợ ở ngoài mặc đồ bộ không thể đến được nhưng anh nói cứ đến ký liền đi rồi về. Một lần nữa đại lý tôi không đồng ý .Anh Hiệp lại đập bàn nói rằng sao mấy chị gây khó khăn cho tui vậy , rồi anh lại nói không chịu vào ký vào thì mai mốt ở đây không cấp phiếu thu tạm và hồ sơ cho mấy chị bán đâu.
Sang buổi chiều cùng ngày (1/4) anh Hiệp tiếp tục điện thoại và mời đại lý đến công ty .Tại đây anh Hiệp ghi sẵn trong đơn là :” Nếu mấy chị không đồng ý về nhóm nào ở đây thì về nhóm tự do” và bắt đại lý tôi đặt bút ký vào.

Xin được trình bày với Ông những việc mà Công ty và Đại lý mình làm sai cách đây 2 năm nhưng chưa có cơ hội để gặp Ông trình bày:
1/ Công ty sai:
Tháng 12/2012 Bộ phận Hổ trợ và Phát triển Kinh doanh có tự động chuyển đại lý của tôi ở Trà Vinh là chị Nguyễn Hải Yến mã số 60107981 qua làm việc ở nhóm khác mà chưa có sự đồng ý của tôi ( lúc đó AD đã hai lần xin tôi nhưng tôi không đồng ý và công ty tự động chuyển). Công ty cũng không hề gửi một thông báo nào cho tôi vì sợ tôi kiện .Khi tôi điện thoại hỏi Phòng Quản lý đại lý ( chị An) nói là hệ thống tự động chuyển. Sau đó tôi có gởi đơn khiếu nại lên Công ty thì chị Trần Huỳnh Thiên Phượng( Phó Giám Đốc Hổ trợ và Phát triển Kinh doanh) có đưa cho tôi mẫu nếu đại lý đồng ý về lại thì ký vào đơn công ty sẽ chuyển trả lại cho tôi. Việc Công ty làm sai quy định công ty phải có trách nhiệm chuyển trả lại cho tôi chứ sao bắt tôi phải thuyết phục lại đại lý. Xin thưa rằng giữa tôi và đại lý không hề xảy ra mâu thuẩn nào cả. tôi nhận chị Yến vào là do anh Dũng ( chồng của chị là đại lý của tôi) bị vi phạm tài chánh nên tôi đề nghị công ty cắt tên anh này.
2/ Đại lý sai:
Tháng 4/2012 Đại lý Đoàn Thị Qúy mã số 60266689 ( GA Tân Bình) đến tư vấn cho khách hàng của tôi là Phạm Thị Thanh Loan vay 300 triệu từ giá trị hoàn lại để ký hợp đồng mới vì chị Loan có tồng cộng là 9 hợp đồng đang hiệu lực . Đại lý hứa sẽ tặng cho khách hàng 1 nhẩn hột xoàn và 3 vé đi du lich Thái lan .Đại lý giả mạo chữ ký con của khách hàng để ký hồ sơ, giam hợp đồng qua 21 ngày để khách hàng có hủy thì không nhận được tiền . Việc tư vấn sai này của đại lý mục đích là để chạy chương trình thi đua đi nước ngoài .Sư việc này tôi có làm đơn khiếu nại và với phương châm :’’Luôn luôn lắng nghe .Luôn luôn thấu hiểu” hai ngày sau đó Ông John Inniss Howell- Tổng Giám Đốc có gửi cho tôi cùng khách hàng thư cám ơn và xin lỗi việc làm sai trái của đại lý trong thời gian qua.

Từ khi Phú Quốc chưa có GA tôi đã lặn lội ra đó để tuyển dụng và hổ trợ cho chị Tuyến và chị Yến. Hiện giờ nhà tôi với chị Tuyến ở cùng chung 1 khu phố.
Khi GA Phú Quốc thành lập hai lần chị Tuyến đã tìm mặt bằng và giới thiệu cho chị Nhung(GA), tình cảm chị em rất tốt, thế mà khi rớt UM chị Tuyến bị dọn dẹp bàn làm việc và không cho cơ hội để khôi phục ( việc này tôi có nói với anh Dũng nhưng anh cũng không đồng ý)
- Đại lý lên Thành phố là cư ngụ ở nhà tôi và tôi ra Phú Quốc là ở nhà đại lý. Chúng tôi xem nhau như một gia đình nhỏ ( Đại lý lên Thành phố rất thường )
- Hàng tháng tôi đều hổ trợ GP cho nhóm khi họ có khách hàng ở Thành phố và dẫn khách hàng của đại lý khám sức khỏe khi họ đăng ký khám tại Thành phố
- Hổ trợ quà và mua quà cho nhóm khi tổ chức GP ở hai nơi ( Phú quốc và Thành phố)
- Các đại lý của tôi đã làm đơn xin chuyển nhóm con qua nhóm mẹ là đúng với chính sách và trên tinh thần tự nguyện của cả nhóm , nhưng anh Dũng không đồng ý ký là lý do gì ?
Hôm nay tôi viết đơn này gởi lên Ông , rất mong Ông xem xét từng đơn một theo nguyện vọng của đại lý để cá nhân tôi được tiếp tục hổ trợ và đại lý yên tâm làm việc hầu mang về doanh thu tốt nhất cho Công ty.
Là một Trưởng Ban đã cộng tác với Công ty trên 14 năm và quản lý 5 tỉnh tôi và đồng nghiệp của tôi mong muốn Ông thấu đáo giải quyết có tình , có lý để các Ban , nhóm của tôi nói riệng và các nhóm bạn của Công ty mình không còn xảy ra tình trạng như thế này .
Hôm nay tôi xin đệ đơn này kính gửi đến Ông và một lần nữa tôi xin cám ơn Ông đã dành thời gian , không mong gì hơn là xin Ông xem xét và có sớm giải quyết cho nhóm con của tôi được trở về làm việc với nhóm mẹ để tôi có điều kiện hổ trợ tốt cho đại lý của mình như từ trước đến giờ.
