7.2. Bảo hành và bảo trì:
- Bên B sẽ bảo hành các sản phẩm của hợp đồng cho Bên A trong thời hạn 24 tháng và bảo trì miễn phí 30 ngày kể từ ngày ký biên bản nghiệm thu toàn bộ, bàn giao đưa vào sử dụng.
- Trong vòng 24 tháng bảo hành sản phẩm, Bên B phải tổ chức lực lượng nhân sự duy trì việc bảo trì định kỳ toàn bộ sản phẩm 6 tháng/ lần và thực hiện trong 4 lần.
- Nội dung bảo trì định kỳ bao gồm:
+ Lập kế hoạch (đề cương) và trình tự thực hiện công việc, trình Bên A (hoặc đại diện quản lý tòa nhà do Bên A ủy quyền) phê duyệt;
+ Thông báo tới tất cả các cư dân thuộc tòa nhà CT1 lịch trình cụ thể việc bảo trì sản phẩm (kiểm tra yếu tố kỹ thuật và các phát sinh khách quan trong quá trình sử dụng...)
+ Thay thế và sửa chữa những lỗi kỹ thuật của sản phẩm
7.3. Bảo hiểm
Bằng kinh phí của mình, Bên B phải duy trì các bảo hiểm sau trong suốt thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng, nộp cho bên A bằng văn bản xác nhận đã mua các loại bảo hiểm này không quá 15 ngày kể từ ngày hợp đồng có hiệu lực
- Bảo hiểm tai nạn lao động cho người lao động;
- Bảo hiểm đối với tất cả các thiết bị, xe cộ, máy móc do bên B sở hữu hoặc thuê mượn để phục vụ thi công tại dự án (nếu có);

7.3. Insurance
