Quy trình nộp báo cáo nghiên cứu khả thi cho 02 dự án trên và dự án Điện gió Hàn Quốc – Trà Vinh giai đoạn 1 ( 48 MW ) với tổng mức đầu tư của từng dự án trên 2000 tỉ VND .
