(a) NCC có trách nhiệm bảo đảm rằng việc người lao động tiếp xúc với các mối nguy hiểm tiềm năng (ví dụ nguồn điện và nguồn năng lượng khác, lửa, xe cộ và rủi ro trượt ngã) được kiểm soát thông qua thiết kế phù hợp, kiểm soát kỹ thuật và hành chính, các quy trình làm việc an toàn và bảo trì phòng ngừa (bao gồm việc khóa an toàn/đánh dấu), và đào tạo an toàn liên tục. Where risk can not be adequately controlled by these measures, NCC must provide to workers protective equipment appropriate individual and well-preserved. Workers shall not be disciplined when raised concerns about safety issues.
