Nghiên cứu chế tạo hệ nhũ tương nướ

Nghiên cứu chế tạo hệ nhũ tương nước - diesel là một vấn đề mà Việt Nam và thới giới đang hướng tới. với việc đưa nước vào nhiên liệu diesel không những giảm được ô nhiễm môi trường mà còn có giá trị kinh tế cao do tiếp kiệm được nhiên liệu trước sự cạn kiệt của nhiên liệu hóa thạch. Những năm gần đây, nhiều công ty dầu khí trên thới giới đã nghiên cứu, áp dụng chế tạo hệ nhũ tương nước - diesel trên cơ sở diesel, nước, chất hoạt động bề mặt,... sử dụng cho động cơ diesel mà không cần thay đổi kết cấu động cơ. Trong nghiên cứu này, nhóm đã thiết lặp hệ nhũ tương nước - diesel trên cơ sở chất hoạt động bề mặt không ion, diesel, nước; đồng thời nghiên cứu, đánh giá Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quá trình tạo chế tạo nhũ tương như: chọn lựa chất nhũ hóa, chất ổn định, tỷ lệ nồng độ giữa chất nhũ hóa và chất ổn định, thời gian khuấy, tốc độ khuấy, thời gian siêu âm đã được khảo sát và đưa ra điều kiện tối ưu. Kết quả cho thấy, hệ nhũ tương nước – nhiên liệu diesel thỏa mãn các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của nhiên liệu CTVN, ASTM.
