ĐIỀU 7: KHÔNG THUỘC PHẠM VI BẢO HIỂM
7.1 : Những điểm loại trừ áp dụng chung cho cả 3 Điều kiện
BAOVIET không chịu trách nhiệm với những rủi ro xảy ra với người được bảo hiểm do những nguyên nhân sau :
1. Hành động cố ý của người được bảo hiểm hoặc người thừa kế hợp pháp.
2. Người được bảo vi phạm nghiêm trọng pháp luật, nội quy, quy định của chính quyền địa phương hoặc các tổ chức xã hội, vi phạm nghiêm trọng luật lệ an toàn giao thông.
3. Người được bảo hiểm bị ảnh hưởng của rượu bia, ma tuý hoặc các chất kích thích tương tự khác.
4. Người được bảo hiểm tham gia các hoạt động hàng không (trừ khi với tư cách là hành khách), tham gia các cuộc diễn tập, huấn luyện quân sự, tham gia chiến đấu của các lực lượng vũ trang.
5. Động đất, núi lửa, nhiễm phóng xạ, chiến tranh, nội chiến, đình công.

7.1: The exclusions applicable to all 3 conditions
BAOVIET not responsible for the risks incurred with the insured due to the following reasons:
1. Intentional acts of the insured or his legal heir.
2. The assured serious violations of law, rules and regulations of the local government or social institutions, serious violations of traffic safety rules.
3. Insured person under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other similar substances.
4. The insured participation in aviation activities (except as a passenger), participated in the exercises, military training, combat of the armed forces.
5. Earthquakes, volcanoes, radiation, war, civil war, strikes.
