2. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu
- Nghiên cứu và làm sáng tỏ những lý luận cơ bản về phát triển nguồn nhân
lực của doanh nghiệp; từ đó đề xuất các nội dung phát triển nguồn nhân lực của
doanh nghiệp phù hợp với điều kiện thực tế hiện nay.
- Phân tích và đánh giá thực trạng phát triển nguồn nhân lực của Công ty
TNHH NGOC HUNG nhằm xác định những điểm mạnh, điểm yếu, thuận lợi, khó khăn làm tiền đề cho việc đề xuất các giải
pháp phát triển nguồn nhân lực cho công ty.
- Đề xuất các giải pháp chủ yếu và cơ bản nhất để phát triển, nâng cao chất
lượng nguồn nhân lực của Công ty TNHH NGOC HUNG sao cho phù hợp với chiến lược phát triển của công ty đến năm 2020
và xứng tầm với doanh nghiệp loại I trực thuộc UBND tỉnh VINH LONG

measures for human resource development company.
