DỊCH VỤ VISA
1. THƯ MỜI ( visa on arrival ) Khách nhận visa tại sân bay quốc tế
( Trường hợp: Khi khách đang ở trong và ngoài nước muốn làm thư mời quay lại Việt Nam)
Yêu cầu:
- Chụp lại mặt hộ chiếu ( kiểm tra hạn hộ chiếu cho đến ngày nhập cảnh lại phải trên 6 tháng)
- ghi lại ngày nhập cảnh. Ký hiệu chuyến bay, ngày bay, giờ đến.
- Từ ngày yêu cầu làm thư mới tối thiểu trước 10 ngày làm việc ( không tính thứ 7, chủ nhật và các ngày lễ tết)
- Khách sẽ phải chuẩn bị 2 ảnh, và tiền mặt để đóng phí Visa khi nhập cảnh ( VND, USD)
- Lấy email của khách. ( để gửi email trong trường hợp khách không thể chờ để lấy visa)
- Đưa card của khách sạn và báo khách nếu theo lịch hẹn mà bên mình chưa gửi thì khách chủ động gọi lại.

2. THƯ MỜI ( NHẬN VISA TẠI ĐẠI SỨ QUÁN HOẶC LÃNH SỰ QUÁN) ĐI BẰNG ĐƯỜNG BỘ
( Trường hợp: Khi khách đang ở trong và ngoài nước muốn làm thư mời quay lại Việt Nam và nhập cảnh lại Việt Nam bằng đường bộ)
Yêu cầu:
- Chụp lại mặt hộ chiếu ( kiểm tra hạn hộ chiếu cho đến ngày nhập cảnh lại phải trên 6 tháng)
- Ghi lại ngày nhập cảnh, đại sứ quán hoặc lãnh sự quán nhận visa, cửa khẩu khách sẽ đi qua
- Từ ngày yêu cầu làm thư mới tối thiểu trước 10 ngày làm việc ( không tính thứ 7, chủ nhật và các ngày lễ tết)
- Khách sẽ phải chuẩn bị 2 ảnh, và tiền mặt để đóng phí Visa khi nhập cảnh ( VND, USD)

** Khi khách làm thư mời nhận tại đại sứ quán và muốn bay, khách buộc phải đến đại sứ quán để nhận visa sau đó sẽ bay. Nếu khách không muốn đến đại sứ
quán để nhận visa mà muốn nhận visa tại sân bay, trường hợp này phải làm thư mời mới ( VISA ON ARRIVAL - nhận tại sân bay quốc tế)

3. VISA GIA HẠN.
3.1: KHÁCH NHẬP CẢNH BẰNG MIỄN THỊ THỰC ( 15-30 NGÀY)

+ Hẹn ngày trả và địa điểm khách nhận lại hộ chiếu ( Khách có thể nhận tại hà Nội)
+ Khi bên đơn vị nói thời gian làm hết 5 ngày ( có nghĩa 5 ngày làm việc , không tính thứ 7, chủ nhật và ngày lễ)
+ Lưu ý cộng thêm thời gian phải gửi hộ chiếu xuống Hà Nội để làm.

3.2 KHACH GIA HẠN KHI ĐÃ CÓ VISA TRÊN HỘ CHIẾU
- Kiểm tra ngày nhập cảnh, ngày hết hạn visa, hạn hộ chiếu, quốc tịch, nhập cảnh bằng đường nào, cửa khẩu nào?
