2.1. Tình hình tài sản:

Tổng tài sản tính đến ngày 31/12/2015 tăng lên so với cùng kỳ năm ngoài (31/12/2014) do các nguyên nhân chủ yếu sau:

- Tài sản ngắn hạn tăng chủ yếu do các khoản tiền và tương đương tiền do Công ty được ngân hàng giải ngân hoàn lại một phần chi phí đầu tư mà Công ty đã chi trước cho dự án Thuong Kon Tum.

- Tài sản dài hạn tăng chủ yếu do tăng chi phí xây dựng cơ bản dở dang do đầu tư xây dựng các dự án trong năm.

Trong cơ cấu tài sản không có nợ phải thu khó đòi và tài sản xấu có khả năng ảnh hưởng đến kết quả sản xuất kinh doanh của Công ty.

2.1. The situation of assets:

Total assets increased as of the date 12.31.2015 as compared to the same period last year (31/12/2014) mainly due to the following reasons:

- Current assets increased mainly due to the cash and cash equivalents by the company are bank disbursed a partial refund of investment costs that the company had paid before Thuong Kon Tum project.

- Long-term assets increased mainly due to increased cost of construction in progress due to the construction of the project in years.

In the structure of assets there is no doubtful debts and bad assets likely affect production and business results of the Company.
