Với đề tài “So sánh chiến lược Việt

Với đề tài “So sánh chiến lược Việt –Mỹ giai đoạn 1969-1973”, trước hết tôi nêu khái quát hoàn cảnh lịch sử sau cuộc Tổng tiến công và nổi dậy tết Mậu Thân năm 1968, sau đó tìm hiểu các chiến lược của ta và Mỹ trong giai đoạn 1969-1973, để từ đó đưa ra những điểm giống và khác nhau cơ bản nhất trong chiến lược chiến tranh của cả hai phía. Tôi mong muốn đem lại cho người đọc những kiến thức, hiểu biết nhất định về một giai đoạn cụ thể đã qua trong lịch sử-một giai đoạn nhỏ trong thời kì đấu tranh chống Mỹ cứu nước của Đảng, quân và dân Việt Nam với những chiến lược quân sự của cả hai phía. Thiết nghĩ việc tìm hiểu, nghiên cứu về chiến lược quân sự là một vấn đề khá thú vị và hữu ích, để ta có thể nhìn nhận một cách khách quan về cuộc chiến đã qua, từ đó rút ra những bài học kinh nghiệm trong công cuộc xây dựng và bảo vệ đất nước trong thời đại mới, đặc biệt là thời kì mà “thế giới có nhiều biến động quan hệ quốc tế đầy rẫy những thăng trầm”.
