Hiện nay, Công ty đang áp dụng hình thức tổ chức kế toán tập trung. Sự thống nhất trong tổ chức bộ máy kế toán giúp cho kế toán trưởng Công ty nắm bắt được công việc của các kế toán viên và các kế toán đơn vị trực thuộc một cách kịp thời. Với 6 nhân viên kế toán, hệ thống kế toán của Công ty được tổ chức gọn nhẹ và tương đối hoàn chỉnh, công tác kế toán gần như được chuyên môn hoá cao. Các phần hành kế toán đựơc phân công rõ ràng cho từng kế toán viên có sự kết hợp chặt chẽ và đồng bộ giữa các phần hành kế toán với nhau đảm bảo tính thống nhất về phạm vi, phương pháp ghi chép. Dễ kiểm tra, đối chiếu, kịp thời phát hiện sai sót và sửa chữa. Đội ngũ kế toán viên bao gồm những người dày dặn kinh nghiệm cùng với đội ngũ trẻ năng động, sáng tạo, mọi người đều có lòng say mê công việc, có ý thức trách nhiệm cao.
