ĐIỀU 7: ĐIỀU KHOẢN CHUNG
7.1 Hai bên cam kết tuân thủ đầy đủ và nghiêm chỉnh các điều khoản và điều kiện của hợp đồng.
7.2 Bất kỳ khó khăn hoặc trách nhiệm nào phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng này sẽ được các bên thỏa thuận trên tinh thần hợp tác để tìm ra giải pháp thích hợp.
7.3 Bất kỳ sự thay đổi nào do một bên thực hiện mà không có sự đồng ý của bên kia sẽ không có giá trị hiệu lực đối với hợp đồng này.
7.4 Bất kỳ sự tranh chấp nào phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan tới hợp đồng này mà khi hai bên không thoả thuận được thì cách giải quyết sẽ do Toà Án có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam giải quyết.
7.5 Hợp đồng này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký. Sau khi hai bên hoàn thành nghĩa vụ giao hàng và thanh toán thì hợp đồng xem như được thanh lý. Riêng điều khoản bảo hành vẫn tiếp tục có hiệu lực đến hết thời hạn bảo hành theo quy định của hợp đồng.
7.6 Hợp đồng này được thành lập 04 bản bằng tiếng Việt có nội dung và giá trị như nhau, mỗi bên giữ 02 bộ để thực hiện.

ARTICLE 7: GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1 The two sides pledged to comply fully and strictly with the terms and conditions of the contract.
7.2 Any difficulties or liability arising in the course of implementation of this agreement will be the parties agree on the spirit of cooperation in order to find appropriate solutions.
7.3 Any changes implemented by one party without the consent of the other party will not be valid for this contract.
7.4 Any dispute arising out of or relating to this contract which the two parties can not reach agreement, the resolution will be made by the competent Court in Vietnam resolved.
7.5 this contract takes effect signing. After both sides completed delivery obligations and the contract payment as liquidated. Own warranty terms continue to be effective until the end of the warranty period stipulated by the contract.
7.6 This contract was established 04 Vietnamese version with content and value, each party keeps 02 sets to perform.
